Outlaw Mascot In the world of kawaii it is generally accepted that looking cute is good. In fact, you may even say that looking cute is the first rule of kawaii. But what happens when that rule is tested to its limits. For example... what would happen if a mascot looked so cute they started to make other mascots feel a little bit ordinary?
