Metal Mascot For many years defenestration, the act of throwing someone or something out of a window, languished in relative obscurity. That's not to say it didn't happen - just that people didn't really pay attention when it did! That all changed in the early 1970s with the widespread introduction of rock stars and televisions. Suddenly people couldn't get enough of defenestration! The lesson: never underestimate the power and influence of heavy metal! Here's the Metal Mascot...
